About Us
Located on the south side of Forest Hill Boulevard, just west of Jog Road, River Bridge is a Master Planned Homeowners Association with a full time Security staff. Once you enter the community you will be amazed at its beauty, and how well it is maintained.
History
Mobile Land Development, a Division of Mobile Oil, received its permit to begin development mid 1983. Construction began at that time with the original documents for the Master Association being recorded by the County on April 26, 1984. The first parcel of land subject to the original Declaration was sold in Crosswinds I, May 1985. The actual first Sub-Association to be worked on was Windward Isle, however construction on Crosswinds I was also started a bit later and as stated above was the Sub-Association in which the first property was sold.
The Association
River Bridge with 24 acres of waterways (lakes) is designed with nature being part of every decision made by the Board of Directors. Centrally located in the heart of Palm Beach County, within the City of Greenacres, it has easy access to major highways, shopping centers, full-on entertainment options, beaches, a multitude of recreational activities, Palm Beach County Airport and so much more. There are 1134 homes, which encompass single-family homes, villas, townhomes & condominiums. There are (3) three convenient residential gates allowing for easy entry and exit. The Property Owners Association (POA) of River Bridge takes pride in the common areas with its lavish landscaping. The abundance of the well- pruned and vibrant trees throughout helps create a beautiful atmosphere filled with peace and serenity, which pleasantly accents the community.

There is a wide variety of indoor/outdoor amenities & activities which include: Fully staffed clubhouse with a Full-time Social Administrator, Versatile Performance Center, Multi-purpose Activities Center, Full Service Fitness Center, Basketball Court, Shuffleboard Court, Bocce Court, Billiards Room, Four (4) Tennis Courts; Six (6) courts used for Pickleball, Ping Pong, and Heated Swimming Pools; Main Pool, South Pool, Kiddie Pool, and a Spa/Jacuzzi.
The Communities
River Bridge Community has nineteen (19) multifaceted Sub-Associations, which are referred to as Islands. They are individually managed by their own Management Company or are Self-Managed by their Board. The River Bridge Property Owners’ Association (POA) onsite Management Company manages the common areas of the community, with oversight of the individual Islands which are as follows:
